Brooke Hoffmann | Branch Manager
 
Brooke has been with Express for nearly 10 years. In that time, she’s gained experience in a variety of roles, including front office coordinator, personnel supervisor, outside sales representative, office manager, and director of retention. Her success in each has helped her become an extremely effective branch manager who not only knows the duties of those who work under her direction, but also understands the challenges and successes her employees are facing. She has been called “the face of Express” because of the professionalism and energy that she brings into the community. She has built strong relationships with customers in over 400 companies across the East Metro area and is heavily involved in the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce. She has also donated time to the Easter Seals and the PIVOT Job Corps – two area organizations aimed at helping people find work. She is known for providing hope and opportunity to people, from employees to business owners. On the personal side, she owns a home in Oregon City where she spends time with her wonderful husband and her three children, of whom she is very proud.
 
Heather Hungerford | Staffing Consultant

Heather Hungerford has been with Express since 2006. She started out working as the front office coordinator for the East Portland Office, but has recently brought her talent to Milwaukie! She works directly with our associates and with our client companies, matching the best people to the best jobs. She loves that she gets to help people every day with something that has such a large impact on their lives. Outside of Express she loves camping, riding her quad, snowmobiling, and of course spending time with both her dog and her fiancé.
 
Dana Maples | Front Office Coordinator
 
Dana makes sure that everything in the office works the way it should. She makes sure all our communication with clients and employees, all our paperwork, orientations, payroll, and whatever else gets thrown at her all flow perfectly, and she does it with a smile that will make your day. She’s been keeping everyone in our office organized and providing excellent customer service to all our associates for over a year now. Dana has a demanding job and makes sure she has a lot of fun in her time off. Her family and friends play a big role in her life; she especially loves playing with her two nephews. She also enjoys spending her time cooking and playing shuffleboard.
 
Mark Gerlach | Workforce Employment Consultant

Mark works with Clackamas Community College and Worksource Clackamas as an Express representative, building strong community relationships and teaching people advanced techniques for job hunting. He has been with the Milwaukie office for 10 months. Being from Western New York, he spends his off hours exploring Portland and the surrounding areas, as well as cooking, hanging out with friends, and reading.
